Acquiring a Library Card

Anyone wishing to acquire a Sammy Brown Library Card must meet these requirements:

• Children's Card - Minimum age of three years, with parent's signature
• Adult Card - Minimum age of 18
• Children 16 years of age are allowed to sign for their own cards
• Resident of Panola County, Texas
• Identification - Photo ID and proof of residence
• Current Texas Drivers License OR Texas I.D. card
